The museum is located in the building in front of the car park, providing easy access for visitors arriving by car. Other attractions at the precinct include Devon Pixies tea house, which offers a delightful selection of locally sourced teas and homemade pastries, perfect for relaxation after exploring the exhibits. For those seeking entertainment, the Butterbox theatre features a rotating schedule of performances, from plays to musical acts, appealing to a wide audience. Furthermore, the outdoor stage and lawns are often alive with activity, hosting frequent public events such as local festivals, and live music, creating a lively atmosphere that encourages community interaction and involvement. There are frequent public events held at the precinct, ensuring there is always something new to experience and enjoy for family and friends alike.

There are rotating special interest displays such as “It’s a Small World”, “Star Wars”, “ANZACS”, and much more, each offering a unique glimpse into different cultures, eras, and significant events that have shaped our world. These exhibits are thoughtfully curated to engage and educate visitors of all ages, creating a dynamic learning environment that encourages exploration and curiosity. We invite you to come and talk to our dedicated volunteer team, who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and insights. They can guide you through the intriguing stories behind each display, helping you discover more about the rich history in Logan and fostering a deeper appreciation for the diverse narratives that connect us all.
